Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责混动变速箱DHT中电机控制器PEU硬件的开发与集成工作；
- 根据混动变速箱DHT系统、电驱EDS子系统和法律法规需求，定义PEU硬件、机械技术规范，完成PEU功率模块、芯片、电容、传感器等选型与测试验收工作；
- 负责PEU电子元器件、功率模块子零部件技术评审、验收工作；
- 协同DHT集成团队完成客户PEU技术评审、交付工作；
- 参与供应商及内部产业化实现过程；
- 跨区域协调全球PEU研发、产业化、供应商质量管理工作。
Your Qualifications
- 电力电子、电气工程、车辆工程、自动化、机械电子等专业本科及以上学历，5年以上电子硬件相关工作经验，2年以上PEU高压控制器量产开发工作经验；
- 熟悉新能源汽车高压系统、电子元器件、电磁兼容性EMC、冷却及热管理仿真等；
- 熟悉PEU硬件架构、电子元器件生产制造工艺，具有量产经验；
- 具有良好的沟通和团队合作能力，具备快速学习和抗压能力
- 具有熟练的英语听写能力，需与跨国团队项目合作。
