Responsibilities

Consulting on assigned commercial & technology matters in particular drafting, commenting and negotiating contracts.

Handling all assigned regional corporate affairs.

Advising Management on assigned legal matters.
-
Legal training of employees.
-
Supervising compliance with legal regulations.
-
Transformation of new legal regulations into the processes of companies.
-
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
-
Master Degree or above major in law;
-
PRC Bar;
-
3~5 years experience as lawyer in reputable law firm in China;

Corporate or M&A experience is preferred;

Proficient English language skills.
