Your Key Responsibilities
- Interface to PM team, TPM team, design team, and test team for request.
- Be responsible for order analysis and building plan making including components purchasing and prototype production.
- To define process flow chart, assembly process and work instruction, and complete process development in prototype phase.
- Be responsible for assembly tooling design and release.
- Management for production onsite and troubleshooting.
- Technical support for assembly line concept design, process development and RPA topics.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above within automotive engineering or similar education.
- Min. 5 years of powertrain manufacturing experience (assembly and machining) for EE or transmission.
- Rich know-how about assembly technology, such as tightening, pressing, leakage and measurement.
- Rich experience in the manufacturing (assembly) of eAxle or transmission for sample and assembly line in prototype and serial phase.
- Better for being familiar with the manufacturing process of stator and rotor.
- Strong communication skills, and willing to travel if necessary.
- Fluent English.
