Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the mechatronic system development of actuator products, covering BLDC motors, PCBA hardware, control software, and system integration.
Participate in requirements analysis and translate customer needs into system-level and module level technical requirements. - Define the overall technical concept for the actuator, including motor selection, drive architecture, control strategy, and interface definition.
- Work with the hardware team on PCBA schematic reviews, key component selection, board-level debugging, and issue analysis.
- Work with the software team on the development and validation of control algorithms, communication protocols, fault diagnostics, and functional safety-relatedlogic.
- Define, optimize, and analyze BLDC motor parameters, performance, efficiency, and thermal behavior.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to motor, electronics, software, and system integration during development.
- Support supplier technical communication and management, including follow-up on purchased parts, samples, and technical documentation.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including requirement specifications, design documents, test reports, issue logs, and validation records.
- Support technical issue handling and continuous improvement during product industrialization and mass production phases.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in actuator development, motor control, mechatronic systems, or related product development; experience with BLDC motor or electronic control development is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BLDC motor principles, drive/control methods, PCBA development processes, and embedded software fundamentals.
- Strong mechatronic system integration capability, with understanding of interfaces and interactions between hardware, software, and mechanical structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive technical issue resolution and corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Familiarity with common development and analysis tools is preferred, such as MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Good written and spoken English skills, with the ability to read technical documents and participate in international collaboration preferred.
