机器人业务负责人 Head of Robotics (上海)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Robotics business, fully responsible for P&L and team management.
• Investigate Robotics market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape for strategy inputs and responsible for developing and driving Robotics business mid-term and long-term strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Conduct the strategic initiative’s implementation and develop and realize the product roadmap with innovative solutions and competitive cost including R&D, purchasing and production localizations.
• Define the differential strategy in terms of business model, product technology, quality, cost and customer service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team to achieve performance goals, and develop the team talent pipeline.
• Responsible for budget planning correspond with business strategy and achieve the goal.
• Responsible for whole value stream team set up and development including strategy and business development, product development and application, sales, operation and SCM, and other central functions such as Finance, HR, IT, etc.
• Ensure that Corporate Governance is implemented and compliance with laws, guidelines and standards is ensured within the area of responsibility.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in the relevant field, good English.
• At least 10 years Robotics related background, including 5 years management experience. 
• Robotics reducer (Transmission) and actuator products working experience is a plus.
• Strong Management and leadership skills and can motivate the team players to achieve extra miles.
• Entrepreneur thinking, self- motivated, innovation and goal orientated.
• Solid communication skills internally as well as externally, being inclusive, respect difference of culture and personal style.
