Your Key Responsibilities
- 主导无框力矩电机和空心杯电机在机器人领域的设计与研发工作。
- 制定针对机器人应用的电机开发计划并推进实施。
- 解决机器人用电机开发过程中的各类技术难题。
- 参与电机产品的测试、调试及改进工作，确保满足机器人使用要求。
- 跟踪行业内电机技术动态，将先进技术应用于产品开发。
- 独立建立并带领电机设计开发团队开展工作。
- 与公司其他部门协作，保障电机开发项目顺利进行。
- 撰写电机开发相关的技术文档和报告。
Your Qualifications
- 拥有 5-10 年无框力矩电机和空心杯电机开发经验。
- 具备丰富的机器人领域项目经验，完整经历过产品从 0 到 1 的开发过程。
- 具备独立建立电机设计开发团队的能力。
- 拥有丰富的电机行业资源。
- 电机工程、电气工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉电机设计软件及相关行业标准。
- 具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力。
- 具有较强的创新意识和解决复杂问题的能力。
