Your Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle chassis multi-body system simulation modeling for vehicle dynamics simulation incl. lateral and vertical.
- Benchmark the tools, methodology for suspension simulation.
- Simulation model fitting and optimization based on measurement.
- Model integration of sub-models from other simulation tools
- Support other departments for simulation, reports, questions discussing and explanation during project acquisition and running.
- Support for concept car study and suspension solution feasibility study
- Develop simulation assistant and process tools
- Acquire simulation methods from HQ departments. Provide technical supports to BU development teams accordingly, in order to keep development methods homogeneous between China and HQ.
- Contribution to system engineering tasks on vehicle level e.g. system development, component specifications, control strategy.
Your Qualifications
- Master Degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Min. 5 year professional experience in the automotive industry within R&D activities at OEM, Tier l supplier, or engineering company.
- Min.3 year professional experience in the chassis/suspension multi-body system simulation and tuning
