Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepares, elaborates and contributes to the alignment and implementation of strategies and development plans, in cooperation with business divisions, business units or regional management.
- Support strategic decision making and respective strategic planning and implementation.
- Support the definition of planning guidelines for sub-strategies (regional, functional, product).
- Contribute to the consolidation of sub-strategies and respective strategic plans to ensure overall consistency
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmark and business analysis
- Build financial models and develop strategic assessments to address key business issues, evaluation of new business models, emerging technologies, and innovations
- Support various strategic projects
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree in engineering or business Administration
- At least 3 years working experience in either strategic planning and business development, or private equity, consulting, investment banking
- Good understanding about the automotive and industrial business, market dynamics, familiar with key players, products, and technology development trends
- Smart, analytical, with excellent business sense
- Quick learner and target orientation
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill
- Fluent language in English, ideally also in German
