Your Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and administer employee handbook and labor contracts in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, organizational policies and standards
- Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with labor unions
- Research and analyze labor relations issues and recommend solutions to internal and external clients/stakeholders
- Act as first point of contact regarding labor law and labor relations issues
- Support development of and implement compensation and benefits policies, standards, processes and tools
- Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits program
- Prepare data and participate in market benchmark surveys and analyze own organizations' benchmark position
- Cooperate with HR stakeholders in all compensation & benefits related matters, provide support and advice
- Execute consistent job evaluations, propose C&B packages
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Above 8-10 years working experiences in HR field in a multinational company or local private companies
- Proficient in labor law and local policies, with experience in labor relations management and practical cases in handling labor arbitration cases
- Familiarity with compensation & benefits structure design, willingness to learn and interested in total rewards related topics
- Initiative and proactive, sensitive to data analysis
- Strong systematic thinking and logical analysis skills, able to coordinate complex topics/projects and promote implementation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good at collaboration and corporation with different internal and external stakeholders and colleagues (e.g., labor bureaus, lawyers, business leaders & Colleagues).
- Ability to work under pressure, able to balance the demands of multiple parties in the contradiction and reach a consensus
