Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责减速器系统的需求分析、方案设计及技术定义，确保满足整车及电驱动系统要求。
- 参与减速器系统架构设计、关键参数匹配及性能指标分解。
- 协同机械、润滑、NVH、强度、热管理、制造、质量等团队，推动系统开发与优化。
- 负责系统接口定义、技术澄清、问题分析及闭环。
- 支持样件、试制、验证及量产导入阶段的系统技术工作。
- 参与设计评审、试验验证、失效分析及改进措施制定。
- 编制和维护需求文档、接口文档、设计说明、验证计划等技术文件。
- 支持客户沟通、项目评审及跨部门技术协调。
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、动力工程、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。
- 3年以上汽车零部件、电驱动系统、减速器或相关机械系统开发经验。
- 熟悉减速器系统结构、工作原理、关键性能指标及开发流程。
- 具备机械设计、传动系统、润滑、NVH、强度、热分析等基础知识。
- 具备较强的需求分析、方案评估、技术协调和问题分析能力。
- 能够阅读机械图纸、技术规范、BOM及试验报告。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和项目推进能力。
- 熟练使用 Office 软件，具备一定英文读写能力。
- 有新能源汽车电驱动减速器、eAxle 相关经验者优先。
- 英文流利。
