Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the verification and validation activities (include V&V coordination, DFMEA and DVP validation, vehicle tuning and calibration) of MPU system.
- Lead the system development of active suspension and its sub-system(EE), clarify the system requirements, make the system simulation and system design (define the proper system function)
- V&V coordination, system DFMEA and DVP validation, vehicle tuning and calibration
- Coordinate the development team as TPM (design to cost, coordinate the samples, make sure the dev. success), release product to customers
Your Qualifications
- Proficient in hardware of 800V e-Motor controller, its function requirement, system application and design
- Profound understanding of e-Motor/controller and suspension development and manufacturing process (customer requirements, product drawing, FMEA, CAE and test) being able to use the related product development tools.
- Have passion, Initiative, willingness to change, team spirit and customer focus
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in related position
- Fluency of English
