Your Key Responsibilities
- Create the sub-system and components design of MPU and inner gear oil pump components, release the design and drawings
- Responsible to the sub-system development, clarified the requirements and define the technical solution,
- Create DFEMA and sub-system DVP, check the CAE and test results of design
- Coordinate the production development, together with plant to define the proper process to realize lower cost and better quality, cooperate with suppliers to define the best design solution for components.
- Release the sub-system and components design to system engineer
Your Qualifications
- Proficient in Motor pump Unit, its components design and manufacturing process.
- Profound understanding of high pressure oil pump development (product drawing design, DFMEA/PFMEA creating, DVP), being able to use the related product development tools such as FMEA, Creo etc.
- Had knowledge of production process for inner gear pump product, had knowledge of forming, milling, grinding, sealing and gas filling.
- Have passion, Initiative, willingness to change, team spirit and customer focus
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in related position
- Fluency of English
