How To Apply

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and ensure compliance with local and Schaeffler EHS systems
  • Set, manage, and report EHS-related goals
  • Prevent EHS incidents and drive continuous improvement through environmental aspect/impact assessments and risk assessments
  • Manage operations related to ISO 14001, EMAS, and ISO 45001 certifications
  • Carry out activities to ensure compliance with internal and external environmental and safety regulations
  • Prepare for and respond to internal and external audits
  • Establish EHS emergency response systems
  • Provide employee training related to environmental health and safety

 

Your Qualifications

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) in a manufacturing/factory environment
  • TOEIC Speaking IH or above, or OPIc IM3 or above
  • Possession of certifications related to industrial safety, air quality, water quality, or waste management
  • Ability to manage project follow-up activities and perform work in a systematic manner
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as the safety and health management system
  • Ability to conduct site inspections, improvement activities, and training sessions

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a team manager in a factory EHS team
  • TOEIC Speaking AL or above, or OPIc IH or above
