Your Key Responsibilities

  • Carries out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives of the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions division within the Area Central Asia 

  • Contribute to the budget planning process, and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market

  • Visits and collaborates closely direct customers (headquarters and branches) and indirect customers like trade companies or branches

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in order to materialize business opportunities

  • Consult with clients on available product assortment, its potential applications and possible variances to best meet customer requirements

  • Actively promotes the use of VLS range at our customers

  • Identifies new sales potential within the area of Central Asia

  • Prepare and conduct negotiations and close the contract.

  • Collect, evaluate and report information about market trends, technologies, customers and competitors offering

  • Engage in relevant marketing activities

  • Conduct product trainings

  • Ensure product development in local market

  • Proof reading 

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable
  • Strong technical skills and affinity 
  • Several years of operational experience in sales and / or business development, preferably in Automotive or Automotive Aftermarket
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator and negotiator 
  • Well organized and target oriented character
  • Strong social competence in an international context
  • Fluent Russian / Kazakh and business proof English language skills (C1), both written and verbally
  • Permanent Residence Permit for Kazakhstan / Kazakh Citizenship mandatory
