Your Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibilities of Sales Representative for OEM Sales North EU
- Development, support, and implementation of sales-, market- & customer- strategies, in alignment with regional BU and if applicable also with GKAM.
- Development of the sales initiatives.
- Responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Tracking of market and Customer developments and conducting competitive analysis.
- Evaluation of development trends in the Bearings and Industrial solutions in Denmark.
- Principle technical advice to customers.
- Starts RFQ processes by providing the necessary data to Customer service.
- Planning and tracking the cost budget of the own sales actions
- Supporting organization in problem solving.
- Participates actively to Exhibitions.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintaining and expanding sustainable customer relationship.
- Operative sales partner and technical support to agreed customers.
- Steering of all local customer activities.
- Coordination of new projects and product solutions.
- Participate in product development teams with customers and Schaeffler internal stakeholders.
- Support GKAM & BU in negotiation of price- and other relevant agreements (e.g., development agreements).
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in technical studies or comparable qualifications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in sales in an international industrial company.
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Linear and bearing market and products.
- Target focused and customer oriented.
- Very good communication in Danish and English (German language as a plus)
- Communication skills, assertiveness, and well-developed intercultural expertise.
