Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop the 2025–2035 long-term AIDC technical roadmap, analyze industry migration from 48V to 800V architecture, and cover new AI data center construction and legacy facility upgrading scenarios.
- Define system architecture, topology selection and technical specifications for full product lines, including power rack, power system unit, high-power Sidecar units, board-mounted DCDC and ACDC rectifiers.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and deliver regionally adaptive standardized solutions to improve bidding success rate and customer validation efficiency.
- Build differentiated industrial-grade “computing power supply + energy storage” integrated architecture based on bidirectional converter topologies.
- Lead global patent layout for 800V HVDC and bidirectional inverter technologies, build technical barriers and mitigate IP risks.
- Establish standardized architecture review, simulation verification and R&D workflow, reduce iteration cost and develop technical talent pipeline.
Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering / Power Electronics or related fields, with 10+ years of high-end power architecture R&D experience.
- Proven experience in AIDC HVDC top-level architecture design, familiar with 800V data center power system and rack-scale power products.
- Deep expertise in PFC, phase-shift full-bridge, DCDC/ACDC and magnetic integration topologies.
- Experience in industrial, automotive high-voltage or aerospace high-reliability power design, familiar with derating, EMC and reliability standards.
- Proficient in Saber, LTspice, Plecs or similar simulation tools for system loss analysis and extreme condition verification.
- Capable of customer demand analysis, overseas solution adaptation.
- Global patent experience and team mentoring experience are preferred.
