Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责生产过程质量管控，监督生产线按舍弗勒标准及TS 16949体系要求作业，排查质量隐患，确保汽车零部件产品质量达标。
- 制定并优化生产过程质量检验标准、作业指导书，指导检验人员开展来料检验、过程检验、成品检验工作，确保检验流程规范、可追溯。
- 主导生产过程中质量异常（如不良品、返工、报废）的调查、分析，制定纠正与预防措施（CAPA），跟进落实情况，降低产品不良率。
- 参与新产品导入、试产过程的质量验证，协同研发、生产部门开展FMEA、PPAP等质量工具应用，确保新产品质量符合量产要求。
- 负责质量数据统计、分析，编制质量报告，跟踪质量指标达成情况，提出质量改进建议，推动生产质量持续提升。
- 对接供应商质量管控，参与供应商质量审核、来料异常处理，推动供应商质量提升；配合客户质量审核，处理客户质量投诉及反馈。
- 开展质量培训，提升生产一线员工及检验人员的质量意识和操作规范性；遵守公司安全生产、环保要求，完成领导交办的其他质量相关工作。
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，质量管理、机械制造、材料工程等相关专业，本科优先。
- 3年以上生产质量管控相关工作经验，汽车零部件行业、精密制造行业经验者优先，熟悉TS16949体系者优先。
- 熟练掌握生产过程质量管控方法，能独立处理质量异常，熟练运用FMEA、PPAP、SPC等质量工具。
- 了解汽车零部件生产工艺，能看懂机械图纸，具备基础的质量检测设备操作能力，具备较强的数据分析和问题解决能力。
- 沟通协调能力强，责任心强、原则性强，抗压性好，能适应工厂生产节奏。
- 具备基础英语读写能力者优先，认同舍弗勒企业文化，有良好的职业素养及团队协作精神。
