Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage profitability and price determination by provide recommended pricing guidelines
- Evaluate customer target in view of the products, application and competitors, by co-coordinating with sales, sector managements & order management, to control the final selling price.
- Leading sector cost optimization analysis and tracking
- Support daily business operation, produce benchmark reporting to show KPI performance.
- Plan, purchase, price bargaining, stocking per year-round marketing promotional events plan
- Support the implementation of corporate marketing events; ensure the consistency of railway planning and marketing activities with corporate guideline
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of working experience in pricing, commercial, or sales support role, preferably in industrial manufacturing or railway/transportation sector
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP systems
- Good understanding of pricing methodology, cost structure, and margin analysis
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, able to work effectively with sales, order management, and sector teams
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving ability and result-driven attitude
