Responsibilities
- Build up a clear category strategy development base on different business areas and products applications ;
- Leading negotiations within a defined scope of decision making (sourcing, contract, quality complaints…).
- Initiation and implementation of suppliers evaluation, selection, nomination and approval process ;
- Planning and conducting of cost reduction activities and workshops with suppliers
- Global supports as a regional Lead-Buyer for defined suppliers and tasks ;
- Monitoring of projects development as well as suppliers performance during series delivery ;
- Support supplier continues improvement in quality and sustainability development.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, More than 5 years purchasing experience in muti national companies ;
- Background in category management of mechanical or elastomer molding products are preferred ;
- Demonstrated strong experience achieving and exceeding cost reduction objects ;
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various functions/team；
- Team player, strong interpersonal and suppliers management.
- Creative mindset and can do attitude ;
- Fluent English both verbal and written.
