Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored talent solutions and collaborate with business teams to clarify job requirements and talent personas for precise recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, leverage multi recruitment channels to source, screen and interview talents, conduct talent mapping and deliver professional market insights (Both white and blue collar).
• Support hiring decisions, manage salary proposals and offer negotiations, and coordinate onboarding preparation to ensure efficient recruitment closure.
• Implement HR policies and standardized processes and manage special recruitment projects including campus recruitment and new business staffing.
• Monitor core recruitment indicators including lead time, fulfillment rate and cost to ensure high-quality recruitment delivery.
• Collaborate with internal managers, HR teams and external partners to conduct efficient recruitment execution.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of professional recruitment experience; headhunting background is preferred.
• Familiar with the manufacturing industry, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and industry exploration.
• Possess clear logical thinking and excellent problem-solving capabilities, able to accurately sort out recruitment requirements and respond to business challenges.
• Skilled in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder collaboration with outstanding communication and coordination abilities to drive work delivery efficiently.
