Job Purpose
负责推动PTC及E-Mobility事业部层面的复杂汽车项目管理与量产导入管理，识别项目风险并协调跨职能资源，确保项目按计划实现质量、成本、交付目标；
Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责监控PTC及E-Mobility事业部重点PEP、新产品导入及搬迁类项目的整体进度、执行状态和计划偏差，保障项目稳定推进。
- 识别重点项目的潜在风险，评估风险等级并制定应对措施，推动项目按质量、成本、交付目标完成。
- 支持事业部管理层临时指定的重点项目或专项任务，能够快速切入项目现状并提供项目管理支持。
- 协调研发、制造、工业化、工厂PMO、Launch Manager、供应链及相关职能资源，解决项目瓶颈和关键问题。
- 推动跨部门信息同步和决策对齐，减少信息壁垒和资源浪费，提升项目执行效率。
- 参与VAVE、工业化开发、制造系统优化等专项工作，支持事业部产品战略和运营目标落地。
Your Qualifications
必备条件（Must-Have）
- 本科及以上学历，汽车工程、机械工程、工业工程、制造工程或相关专业优先。
- 8年以上汽车行业或汽车零部件制造相关工作经验，熟悉汽车行业项目环境和新产品导入流程。
- 熟悉E-Mobility、电驱动、底盘或动力总成相关产品者优先。
- 具备复杂汽车项目管理经验，能够独立推动跨职能、跨团队项目落地。
- 熟悉制造产品结构、生产工艺、工业化开发流程及量产导入关键里程碑。
- 掌握项目管理、制造管理、质量管理、精益生产、IE管理等相关方法和工具。
- 英语听说读写流利，能够在跨区域、跨职能环境中进行沟通和汇报。
优先条件（Nice-to-Have）
- 有大型汽车零部件企业或跨国制造企业项目管理经验。
- 有PEP、新产品导入、产线搬迁、量产爬坡或工业化项目经验。
- 具备PMP、IPMA或同类项目管理认证者优先。
软技能要求 / Soft Skills
- 具备优秀的跨职能沟通协调能力和非职权影响力，能够整合多方资源推动项目目标达成。
- 具备较强的风险识别、问题解决和决策推动能力。
- 能够快速理解复杂项目背景，适应管理层临时专项任务并迅速进入执行状态。
