Your Key Responsibilities
Support stratagically to ensure business continuity
- Reseach on Public Funding opportunities in AP
- Focus on regional R&D Footprints, Competences and R&D Networking
R&D KPIs & Performance
- Increase transparency and take appropriate actions to improve R&D activities and KPIs
Schaeffler strategy process
- Create transparency on the VEP and FIP projects data for targeted steering in AP
Regional R&D Footprint, Competences and R&D Network
- R&D Test system competences, Qualification and Footprint Planning
R&D Public Funding programs
- Coordinate and establish regional funding programs, focus in Korea, Japan & India
- Networking with Public funding organisation for Innovation engagement and funding potential
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering studies, Finance/ Business or similar field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in commercial field
- Fresh graduate with numerical expertise and eagerness to explore the field are welcome to apply
- Expertise in Power Bi or similar tool is a must
- Knowledge of project management, Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- High social and intercultural competence
- Interpersonal skills to connect internally across businesses and externally with public funding organisation in AP context
- Well organized and attention to detail, good excel and Power Bi
- Strong communication skills and high proficiency in written and spoken English, knowledge of second language is a plus
