Your Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate configuration information on IT assets and services to support critical service management processes. 
  • Governance: Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to defined processes. 
  • Reporting: Design and produce detailed asset reports, KPIs, and management insights for stakeholders. 
  • Collaboration: Work with teams across IT and business functions to ensure the CMDB serves as a single source of truth. 
  • CMDB Dashboard: He /she is a person who will look after the results of health dashboard and take corrective measures 
  • CMDB Management: Maintain and update the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 
  • Data Integration: Design and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and other IT systems 
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for IT operations, troubleshooting issues related to the CMDB and associated integrations. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the eƯiciency and eƯectiveness of CMDB management. 
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CMDB processes, data integration workflows, and technical support procedures. 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for CMDB management and data integration. 

Your Qualifications

Skills Required 

  • Knowledge of SACM processes within ITIL frameworks. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery tools is a plus 
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting and manipulating CMDB data.     

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification. 
  • ServiceNow experience, particularly in CMDB. 
  • Strong understanding of data integration techniques and tools. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills:  

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
