Your Key Responsibilities
• Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region
• Manage and lead the tasks and activities of the Sales Engineers/Senior Sales Engineers for the re-gion, and in coordination with Application & Engineering Manager align the support from Field Service Engineers
• In conjunction with the Distribution Manager & Direct Business Sales Manager, Develop and co-ordinate a regional distributor and direct end user activity plan for the Sales team. Incorporating co-visits to contract and non-contract end users
• Support the Distribution Manager to conduct Distributors performance review, developing the distributors, identifying opportunities for the entire Schaeffler product and service portfolio with distributors
• Identify, coordinate and implement training and product promotion to distributors and direct end users
• Extend distributor network for assigned industry segment within defined region
• Establish contacts with major OEMs and end-users of specified industry filed and giving these customers technical support and service
• Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply
• Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers
• Assist organizing technical seminar by technical experts.
• Provide response and solutions to any quality complaint after-sales service to customers
Your Qualifications
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, min. 10 years experiences (In Engineering/ Manufacturing Industry)
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales role and preferably having experiences in manage Sales people
3. Knowledge on rotary and linear bearings, and basic knowledge in electrical direct drives
4. Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record
5. Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc.
6. Previous exposure into new digitalization concept (Industry 4.0) is a benefit
7. Computer literacy and good communication in English is a must
