Your Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Predictive Maintenance Solutions to the Industrial MRO market in Scandinavia (Nordics Region) via direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies and projects to grow mid- and long-term market share including acquisition of new customer.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating requirements in cooperation with the customer/contractor for the preparation of technical offers
  • Close alignment with the Schaeffler sales organizations und Lifetime Solutions Product Groups  
  • Supporting the market launch of new products

Your Qualifications

  • Relentless Drive and Ownership to achieve and exceed targets and close deals
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in sales in industrial MRO markets (e.g. pulp&paper, mining, raw materials, food&beverage, etc.), especially opportunity, offer and partner management
  • Several years of professional experience in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring advantageous
  • University degree in a relevant field of technology or business e.g., mechanical, or electrical engineering or comparable qualification with appropriate further professional training
  • Knowledge of rolling bearing technology and process industry advantageous
  • Reliable computer skills in ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce)
  • Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English, further language skills e.g., Swedish advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally (Europe)
