Project Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

To manage assigned PEP projects from Nomination till SOP launch + 3 months 
Track and maintain the project in terms of Time, Quality and cost. 
Define the scope of the project and prepare project request, charter. 
Prepare project time plan as per customer milestones and focus to achieve the targets. 
Provide inputs and support for preparation for SQV, PPA, and other commercial topcis of project. 
Prepare investment proposal for the project and ensure its approval from management, HQ. 
Organize regular project review meeting with CFT, project team members. 
Delegate the tasks to sub-project managers and coordinate with them. 
Do the risk analysis, timely escalation of the matters related to delays, failures, additional support 
required if any. 
Coordinate with lead plants for any support or training required & arrange same. 
Monitor all Gateway requirements and ensure timely gateway approval from PL. 
Work on Planisware, Windchill for project planning and reporting. 
Interdepartmental coordination and conflict management. 
Organize review meetings with customer and if required visit to customers. 
Handover the project smoothly to operations and close the project after successful SOP launch. 

Your Qualifications

• Education/ Apprenticeship 
   B.E. in Mechanical Engg. OR Automobile Engg. 
   
  Job experience 
  Min. 5 yrs. of experience in allied areas 

   

  Knowledge  

   

  Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. 
  Knowledge of global language i.e. English (skill in Speaking and writing). 
   Project management methods, tools & processes, MS Project, APQP, IATF procedure, PPAP. 
  Knowledge of customers (OEM) APQP-development methodology. 
  Strategic mindset and structured approach of tasks. 
  Cooperative working attitude with strong goal orientation.
